Denver’s planned Justice Center complex , one of the first major successes of Greenprint Denver and the city’s High Performance Building Policy, will be built and certified to LEED® standards. The building will incorporate green building techniques such as using environmentally-friendly refrigerants, minimizing the use of non-renewable resources and waste production, incorporating natural daylighting, and landscaping with drought-tolerant native plants.
