I am thrilled with the announcements (if you don't know I am a huge Mac supporter). One thing probably not factored into the previous equation is many Mac users will keep a mac much longer than a PC, because they work, for a long time. I have a 2 year old MacBook, and while I love the new one, I will not replace my current for a longtime. Once again, Mac passes the competition with a recyclable notebook that is much more sustainable than any other computer on the market! Go MAC!!!

My prediction, whether they meet the projected sales numbers or not, Mac will outpace the rest of the market this holiday season, in spite of the higher cost.
