		<description>Sorry to be so late in responding. I tried to find specific info on solar power in the Millennium Project. I couldn’t find anything specific. 
Photovoltaic power is only effective in daylight hours. Using wind can supplement solar by giving power during dark hours. But wind is intermittent. Suggest you contact AORA in Israel. They make a solar thermal hybrid that is suitable for small villages as well as large cities aand provides power around the clock. I hope this helps you.</description>
