Cindy, I remember BSR from many years ago. They&#039;ve struggled, as should have been expected, with remaining relevant to the CSR discussion as they became more mainstream. Remember the discussions around Walmart wanting to come onboard? As they&#039;ve become huge, they face a challenge of being relevant to the trailblazers yet accommodating the, uh, slower adopters.</description>
