Neenah Paper is purchasing over 10 million kWh of Green-e certified renewable energy annually from We Energies’ Energy for Tomorrow program. This is one of only nine utility renewable energy programs certified as Green-e in the country. For the fifth straight year, it has been ranked among the nation’s top 10 green energy programs, according to the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory. Green-e is the nation’s leading independent certification and verification program for renewable energy products and is managed by the Center for Resource Solutions, a nonprofit organization working to build a robust renewable energy market by increasing demand and supply of renewable resources.
