Ecologic 3 is a commercially available software package that allows project teams from across the world to collaborate in the analysis of the LEED-NC rating system and the various levels of certification.  The software creates a path through the USGBC’s LEED system credit by credit as if lead by a virtual consultant.  The software also provides cost/benefit analysis of building green and allows users to define the variables in addition to life cycle values.

By providing owners and developers the information they need to better understand the financial benefits of green building this software will help to make green building the standard.
